Research Line in Geospatial Technologies:
Its main objective is to promote research approaches to geospatial technologies within the framework of the research group, aiming to effectively solve different problems in the local, regional and national field.
Research line in Applied Technological Developments:
Its main objective is to strengthen the processes associated with applied research and technological development that the human capital of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture can carry out in their fields of action and the professionalization of the same capital in related and/or transversal areas.
Competitiveness Research Line:
The Competitiveness Research Line proposes research topics, seeking the generation and application of new knowledge in order to promote inter-institutional synergy and the appropriation of methodologies that reduce the gap between the university and the company.
Research Line in Risk Management:
Its main objective is to generate research in disaster risk management that allows obtaining products in the three basic pillars of risk management: Risk Knowledge, Risk Reduction and Disaster Attention.
Research line in Sanitation, Development and Environmental Management:
Its main objective is to research on the application and development of new technologies, systems and processes that allow the conservation and adequate use of natural resources, as well as to increase the quality of life of the communities, intervening in the use of natural resources and in the control of environmental degradation processes, product of urban, rural, agricultural, agro-industrial, industrial and business activities.
