  • Healthy organizational practices from the management of human talent that contribute to the engagement in the institutions of the education and basic and secondary education sectors in the city of Manizales.
  • Work teams in Manizales organizations with formalized management systems. Analysis of factors affecting effectiveness and innovation.

There are three projects with participation of researchers from the group as co-investigators, therefore, these projects are linked to other groups to which their principal investigators belong, these projects are the following: 

  • Project: Construction of a communication model for corporate social responsibility in destination branding, Ruta del Condor case study (principal investigator David Andrés Diez of the Altamira research group and as co-investigator: Erik Marcelo Sepúlveda of the Integrated Management Systems (SIG) group).
  • Project: Can the objectives of tourism be reconciled with the preservation of collective memory? A look at the case of the city of Manizales from the pidginization of culture (Principal investigator: Camilo Ernesto Lozano from Anthropos and co-investigator: Erik Sepúlveda from Sistemas Integrados para la Gestión- SIG). 
  • Project: Rural entrepreneurship in higher education based on the experiences developed in 9 universities belonging to REUNE. (Principal investigator: Andrés Botero of the Anthropos group and Lina Marcela Flórez of the Integrated Systems for Management - SIG group).
