The Curricular Structure is made up of 47 academic components approved by the Academic Council through agreement 012 of June 17, 2005, distributed in three areas: Basic Sciences Area, Professional Area and Human-Christian Area.
- Basic Sciences Area. Made up of 7 academic components that constitute the common training support for other disciplines.
- Professional Area. It constitutes the common training support of the Bacteriologist and is made up of 29 academic components of the disciplinary knowledge.
- Socio-humanistic area. Consisting of 11 academic components that guide aspects of the human-Christian foundation, consistent with the institutional philosophy. The subjects are oriented by teachers of the Faculty of Humanities.
Emphasis: The student has the option of taking two of the four proposed emphases in the following areas VIII semester. Each emphasis consists of four credits.
