In the first semester, the student acquires the theoretical foundation that supports quality management and identifies the aspects that should guide the management of organizations and their relations with the environment.
In the second semester, the student acquires technical and methodological knowledge to design, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in goods and services organizations.
