\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 de Convivencia Laboral est\u00e1 compuesto por dos representantes escogidos por el empleador y dos por los colaboradores, con sus respectivos suplentes, quienes son elegidos por medio de votaci\u00f3n secreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las funciones del Comit\u00e9 de Convivencia Laboral?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recibir y dar tr\u00e1mite a las quejas de posible acoso laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examinar de manera confidencial los casos espec\u00edficos o puntuales que pudieran tipificar conductas de acoso laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escuchar a las partes involucradas de manera individual<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adelantar reuniones con el fin de crear un espacio de di\u00e1logo entre las partes involucradas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formular un plan de mejora concertado entre las partes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacer seguimiento a los compromisos adquiridos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentar a la Rector\u00eda las recomendaciones para el desarrollo efectivo de las medidas preventivas y correctivas del acoso laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de las recomendaciones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reunirse trimestralmente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reconoce a nuestros representantes ante el Comit\u00e9 de Convivencia Laboral:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
